Nestova, LLC ("Nestova," "we") operates personnel365.nestova.net and the Personnel365 application (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

—Labor requests: project, trade, headcount, dates, site details
—Supplier applications and compliance documents: insurance certificates, licenses, safety records, trade and certification information about workers
—Messages you send us

—Device and log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of visit
—Cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember preferences
—Basic analytics through Google Analytics

What we do not collect

We do not ask for or store workers' Social Security numbers, dates of birth, I-9 documents, drug test results, background check reports, medical information or bank details.

How we use information

—Run the Personnel365 program: review supplier applications, send labor requests to suppliers, confirm compliance, report to clients
—Communicate with you about requests, placements, accounts and program updates
—Invoice program fees to suppliers
—Keep the Site secure and fix problems
—Meet legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the program:

—Approved suppliers — labor request details — so they can respond with qualified workers
—Clients (GCs and trade partners) — candidate trade, certifications and compliance confirmations; supplier insurance and safety documents — so they can accept workers and confirm compliance
—Service providers (hosting, email, storage) — data needed to provide their service — to operate the Site, under confidentiality terms
—Authorities — as required — to comply with law, legal process or to protect safety

Cookies

We use cookies that are needed for the Site to work, such as keeping you signed in. You can block cookies in your browser, but parts of the Site may not work.

Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, multi-factor authentication for administrators and access logging. No system is perfectly secure; tell us right away if you think your account has been compromised.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed to run the program and meet legal, tax and contract obligations, then delete it. Typical periods are listed in our internal data handling policy and range from 1 to 7 years depending on the record.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete information we hold about you by emailing william@nestova.net. We will respond within 30 days. We may keep some records when the law or a contract requires it.

Children

The Site is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
